Stay on this road passing through the community of Barnhartvale and then turn right (south) onto the first road past the Campbell Creek Road. Follow this road to where it forks. Take the left fork and follow it all the way to the lake. Access to the lakeshore is provided by private land holders.

Pre registration is not required but it would be appreciated if you let us know so we have an idea of the numbers.

Directions to the 2010 GKAA Barnhartvale Club Charity Ride.

Coming from Kamloops take the turn off just past the Pineridge golf course at the Petro Can gas station approximately 7.8kms from the Brick on the south side of Kamloops on Hwy 1. Follow Dallas Drive for just under 1 km and the road will branch right and turn into the Barnhartvale Road. It will  head east  up the hill passing the Happy vale store and continuing past the Campbell Creek Road through the dip up onto the flats again then it’s the next right approximately 8.3 kms. This is the Robbins Range Road, follow this road keeping right and it will turn into Robbins Range Rd and Campbell Range Rd then you come to the Scuitto Lake Forestry Road another 3.8 kms then turn right. You will then stay on this gravel road for approximately 11 kms and arrive at the Scuitto Lake parking area where you will unload and then ride your machines the next 4km to Campbell Lake staging area (it will be well marked) where you will park your machine then walk the last couple hundred yards to the registration area. This is where the ride will start and end, as well as the dinner will be here. There isn’t enough room at Campbell Lake to leave 50+ vehicles and unload, also this is a public area and we want to leave it accessible.

Coming from the east you can turn off at exit 362 turn left, go under the highway to the stop sign then turn left again and you are on the Barnhartvle Road, from there follow the directions as above.

Or if you come from the Okanagan you can turn left Barnhartvale off of Hwy 97, head west until just past Eagle Point Golf Course on your right. This is the Robbins Range Road, follow this road keeping right and it will turn into Robbins Range Rd and Campbell Range Rd then you come to the Scuitto Lake Forestry Road in another 3.8 kms then turn right.

Campers,

Campers when arriving you can continue past the parking area which won’t be set up until Sunday morning and carry on the last 4 kms to the Campbell Lake campsite. You travel east along Scuitto Lake and at the end of the lake you turn right between the two lakes and travel up that road for 1km or so and take the first left into the campsite. No signage on the road, depending when you get there we will have a GKAA banner at the entrance. Or you can camp anywhere along Scuitto Lake.
